Dual Choice PPO is an all-in-one solution, currently for Oregon large businesses, that gives employees access to providers via the Kaiser Permanente, First Choice Health and First Health Networks, while giving your clients the convenience of one health care provider for all your employee benefits administration.
In response to the needs of our customers, we offer point-of-service Added Choice plans. With Added Choice, members can choose care from Kaiser Permanente Select Providers or First Choice Health providers, or qualifying care from community health care providers.
Our PPO Plus plan gives you a wide range of choices for your health care. You can receive care from First Choice Health network providers and facilities, care from Kaiser Permanente providers and facilities, or authorized care from non-participating community providers.
