Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington offers individual Medicare Advantage (HMO) plans in the following Washington state counties: Island, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Pierce, Skagit, Snohomish, Spokane, Thurston, Whatcom and partial counties Grays Harbor and Mason.1

Puget Sound

The Puget Sound service area consists of King, Kitsap, Lewis, Pierce, Snohomish, and Thurston counties, and parts of Grays Harbor and Mason counties.1

Without Medicare prescription drug coverage, or creditable prescription drug coverage (as good as Medicare’s) such as TRICARE or VA, the Medicare beneficiary may have to pay a late enrollment penalty if they enroll in Medicare prescription drug coverage in the future.
