2025 Commission Schedule for Individual & Family
2025 Individual & Family New Sales Bonus
New Sales Bonus: Enroll new Individual & Family members and earn rewards for enrollments effective January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025
Based on MIPPA regulations, producer compensation will be reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on guidance from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Additional rewards and sales incentives may apply in 2025. Producer compensation for small group business (1-50 employees) is reviewed annually and may be adjusted.
2025 Small Group Commission Schedule
2025 KP Plus New Sales Bonus
KP Plus New Sales Bonus: Enroll a new group in a KP Plus product for groups effective February 1, 2025 through January 1, 2026 and earn a one-time bonus.
2025 Wired Enroll Small Group Bonus
Wired Enroll Small Group Bonus: Submit a new small group enrollment through the Wired Enroll tool for groups with effective dates of July 1, 2025 through January 1, 2026 and earn a one-time per group bonus.
Producer compensation for large group business (51+ employees) is negotiable. Commissions will be paid based on an agreed upon percentage of premium added to the group’s rates.
Kaiser Permanente Washington producer commission payments are generally paid by the 15th of the month. Refer to payment schedule below for exact dates by month.
Commissions
KFHPWA pays commissions for large commercial groups as a percent of premium and a fixed per-member per month for all small commercial groups. Please refer to the appropriate compensation plan listed above or your large group rate proposal for specific details. Producer compensation may also include payments resulting from other bonus/incentive programs offered by KFHPWA.

Additional or Special Compensation
Producers may qualify for additional or special compensation. Please refer to the above bonus programs or any specific agreements for detailed information.
Producers and consultants shall disclose to their clients all commissions and other payments made to them by KFHPWA and Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company (KPIC) in compliance with all legal requirements.
