Pause Lifted on Delinquent Client Payments | Kaiser Permanente

Recently, Kaiser Permanente’s Membership Administration function has been in the process of replacing our nearly 30-year-old billing system with a new, more modern system.

With the transition to the new system now complete, we are lifting a pause on the delinquency process that has been in place throughout recent months. This began in July with Small Groups accounts, and will continue with Large Groups in September.

On September 16, we will begin sending delinquency notifications to Large Groups for past due premium bill payments.

Kaiser Permanente sent email notifications to all Large Groups to make them aware of this upcoming action. You can review the email notification here.
