We all know that sometimes life can get in the way of staying healthy. Kaiser Permanente is making it easier for our members to stay on top of their health with Well by Kaiser Permanente™ at Friendship Heights, a modern, unique 5,000 square-foot medical center opening October 25th. Well will offer personalized adult primary care conveniently located steps away from the Friendship Heights Metro Station on the Red Line.
Well will have four internal medicine and primary care physicians when it opens, and the design aesthetic will be unique to Kaiser Permanente’s portfolio of patient centers, with contemporary and comforting design features that put patients first, improve workflow and foster interactions between patients, doctors and other clinical staff.
The high-quality1 care offered at Well is also backed by the power of Kaiser Permanente, the region’s leading health system2. This includes our integrated approach to care, with thousands of specialists who all work together in one connected system, and a wide array of virtual, telehealth care using video visits, e-visits, email, phone, and chat. Telehealth can happen during office visits, too, for instance, when the adult primary care physician consults with a specialist. It’s a health system of top physicians3 working as a team and cutting-edge technology to deliver better care and achieve healthier outcomes for our members.
