The Employer Broker Services (EBS) is a team of customer service professionals dedicated to providing employers and brokers with timely answers and information regarding Kaiser Permanente. The EBS helps clients administer their Kaiser Permanente plans by responding to employer-level needs, including:

• Questions about benefits
• Eligibility issues
• Enrollment and process questions
• Health Plan access and service inquiries
• Literature/enrollment packets and forms
• 5500 (Schedule A) data requests and documentation
• Assistance in finding the right department or representative
• Employee pre-enrollment questions
• Questions about groups renewal
