Manage Members: Broker Access

We’re making it easy for you to support your groups through Manage Members on account.kp.org. Here’s what you need to know:

  • To save you time, you now have the same Manage Members access and capabilities as your groups. You’ll be able to enroll and update membership quickly and securely online.
  • When you take on a new account, you’ll be granted access to group membership features within approximately 30 days.

Please note, the Primary Group Administrator will continue to manage your account access.

General Agents will not have the same automatic Manage Member access and functionality as brokers but will still be able to request delegated access from the group’s Primary Group Administrator. We are pursuing options to allow automatic access in the future.

Manage Member Access for General Agents:

The group’s primary group administrator (PGA) is in charge of monitoring, delegating and updating user access to group information. Contact the group to request access.

To delegate access to an additional user, the PGA should follow the steps below:

  • Sign in to account.kp.org
  • Click on Your Account>Manage User Access
  • Click Add User
  • Complete the information for the new user and click Continue
  • Select a role option in the access level grid
  • Click Add and Confirm
  • Once the PGA has added the additional user, the additional user will receive a computer-generated email with an access code included
  • The user will need to register on account.kp.org or log in and enter the access code on the right-hand side of the screen on the employer side of the site
