Pharmacy Reporting (RxDC)

The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (H.R. 133)

As part of pharmacy reporting under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), 2021, group health plans and health insurance issuers are required to submit information on prescription drugs and healthcare spending to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). To ensure both Kaiser Permanente and employer group compliance, Kaiser Permanente will submit all required files annually by June 1.

Action Required:
In order to ensure compliance with reporting requirements, all employer groups must provide average monthly premium data here by March 31, each year. This link will be active from February 1 through March 31.
Note: If you are an employer group participating in a large or small group Association Health Plan (AHP), please watch for additional information.
