During the recent transition to our new billing system, we received feedback and suggestions to improve and enhance our redesigned commercial group invoices. Some of the key enhancements available on both the PDF and Excel versions of your December/January bills include:

• Membership details including billing unit name and added member identifiers
• Total active membership counts
• Additional information on adjustments and fees
