Our in-person care includes labs and medical facilities; virtual care includes prescription delivery, 24/7 advice line, video, and phone appointments.

There is $0 cost for virtual care, digital health support, and in-person preventive care. In-person office visits cost $30 before deductible for the first 3 visits and cost $30 for additional visits. Lab tests and generic prescriptions cost $15 and are not subject to deductible. The deductible is in the range of deductible options. Notes: Copays for in-person office visits, lab tests, and generic prescriptions might be different. *Digital health offerings are not covered benefits and are subject to change.

Laws differ by state), get 24/7 care advice by phone, order prescriptions on our mobile app or and get same-day or next-day delivery to their home(available on most prescription orders. Standard delivery at no cost. Additional fees may apply for same-day and next-day delivery. Targeted to California deployment by July, 2021), get personalized care advice by using an online symptom checker, email Kaiser Permanente doctor's office, and get a reply in 2 days, and chatting online with a service representative(Targeted for California deployment by July 1, 2021).
