Please use the below enrollment kit and marketing materials when selling our Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage Plans. It is imperative that all Medicare sales, marketing teams, and contractors/vendors consistently use these resources in support of error-free Medicare sales and marketing materials. To mitigate risk to Kaiser Permanente’s reputation and growth goals, a Kaiser Permanente Marketing Compliance program has been established to produce market-facing sales and marketing materials (including member communications) that are error free, factual, and not misleading. Medicare marketing materials must comply with all established requirements, including CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines and Kaiser Permanente business guidance. Below are the links to materials approved for use. Any market-facing sales and marketing materials (including member communications) that aren’t available per the links below, must be approved by Kaiser Permanente prior to use and should be sent for consideration and approval to mas-medicarebrokersupport@kp.org. Please also review the vendor code of conduct.
