As of October 2025, additional capabilities have been made available to our General Agent partners to support the ongoing administration of existing groups. General Agents will now have access to:
In addition to these new capabilities, an enhancement has been introduced to the new group enrollment process. General Agents can now use DocuSign in ALL REGIONS to request required signatures for certain forms directly from the employer, and these will be automatically delivered to Kaiser Permanente for review and processing, making it easier than ever to support brokers.
