Online Self-Service Support for General Agents

General Agents can use the self-service features on business.kp.org to generate small group quotes and submit new group applications. These features are designed to make managing your Kaiser Permanente small group account easier:

  • Access to business.kp.org: Delegate permissions to key staff.
  • Generate quotes for small groups: Quickly compare high-level plan benefits and rates.
  • Submit new small group applications:
    • Save time with a streamlined census upload experience, improving accuracy.
    • View the status of in-progress transactions.
    • Submitting applications online significantly reduces turnaround times.

General Agent Expanded Capabilities- Recording 10/03/2025

As of October 2025, additional capabilities have been made available to our General Agent partners to support the ongoing administration of existing groups. General Agents will now have access to:

  • Manage Members
  • Group Documents

In addition to these new capabilities, an enhancement has been introduced to the new group enrollment process. General Agents can now use DocuSign in ALL REGIONS to request required signatures for certain forms directly from the employer, and these will be automatically delivered to Kaiser Permanente for review and processing, making it easier than ever to support brokers.
