Submitting Enrollments

Submit all Medicare Advantage enrollments through SunFire or Connecture DRX to receive credit of sale and commission payments.

No paper applications are accepted in the Individual Kaiser Medicare Advantage broker channel program. 

Important Enrollment Notes:

  • When logging into enrollment platforms, be sure to use the email address associated with your participating FMO and Ready to Sell process because permissions are often triggered using your email address. If you use a different email address, you may be denied access.
  • You may have multiple instances for these enrollment platforms based on your affiliations. If you are having trouble seeing Kaiser Permanente Medicare plans, you may be logged into a non-participating instance. Check the URL with your participating FMO.
  • For NW Region, select MAPD as plan type.
  • Selecting a doctor is not part of the KP enrollment process; members will select a doctor AFTER the enrollment is completed and confirmed.
  • Depending on your participating FMO, instructions for accessing enrollment portals may vary. If you have completed all the Ready to Sell requirements, you will have access to enrollment platforms for Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage. Reach out to your upline if you continue having issues accessing the enrollment platform.

How to Access FMO Partner Enrollment Platform:

YourFMO (AmeriLife) Brokers:
  • Once appointed and notified of RTS status, access is given to quote and sell KPMA products via www.YourFMOsunfire.com or visit YourFMO.com
  • Leverage SunFire to submit enrollments. Connecture is available for select downlines.
  • For questions or assistance contact Info@YourFMO.com
GS National Brokers:
  • Once appointed and notified of RTS status, access is given to quote and sell KPMA products via your Propelicy account.
  • Click on the “Enrollment” icon in the top right corner of screen.
  • Click on “Quote & Enroll”, this will automatically log you into the SunFire account.
  • Connecture is available for select downlines

HealthMarkets/Golden Outlook Brokers:
  • Once appointed and notified of RTS status, access is given to quote and sell KPMA products.
  • Leverage Connecture DRX OR SunFire via direct link:

    - SunFire Default Username= email address
    - Sunfire Default Password= “X#(npn)(first3lastnamelowercase)”

Integrity Brokers:
  • Once appointed and notified of RTS status, access is given to quote and sell KPMA products via Integrity.com
  • Log onto Integrity.com, go to your dashboard, click on your initials or photo at the top right corner of the page.
  • Upon clicking on your initials or photo, drop down box appears, select MedApp (Connecture) or MedLink (Sunfire)
  • When you search for MAPD Plans, the KP Products will be available for you to view, quote and submit enrollments.
